Positive Affirmations

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing at the Associates in Behavioral Counseling since 1986. I utilize a holistic approach, combining hypnosis, mindfulness and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in treating all age groups with many different types of psychological and adjustment problems.

I work with individuals, couples, and families in order to establish behavioral and emotional changes required to help my patients achieve effective results. I have specialized with adolescents, children, as well as anxiety disorders, chronic pain, and chronic illness. I am a Certified Sex Therapist.

I encourage my patients’ awareness of the mind-body connection, and I am sensitive to their individual spiritual needs. I focus on helping people develop insight and awareness to achieve positive solutions and adaptations to their lives.

I have enjoyed a great variety of training, expertise, and interest in my 25+ years of practice. I have done extensive training in Hypnotherapy, Sex Therapy and I am a Registered Yoga Instructor. I am a member of the American Psychological Association, National Register of Health Care Providers, AASECT, FSCH, NAPW and AABT.
